2020 has been an overwhelming, stressful year, and many events that have transpired have had a detrimental effect on the Black psyche. Join this zoom event with our special guest and work on learning how to love and choose yourself during strenuous times. Students will be able to meditate, self-reflect, and engage in conversation about how to define love and self-care. All students are welcome.
