Registration dates-

April 1-May 31

All NEW orgs AND orgs that were not registered for 2023-2024 must complete the following process:

  1. Groups looking to register must email orgsupport@uic.edu
    1. Copy vpierce4@uic.edu
    2. Subject: Spring Registration 2024-2025 (FULL NAME OF GROUP NO ACRONYMS)
    3. Body: Include a contact person (person responsible for registration), and their UIC email. ONLY ONE PERSON will be granted access to the process. IF YOUR ORG IS NEW PLEASE DETAIL THAT AS WELL
  2. You will gain access to register between April 1-May 31
  3. Review the STARTER KIT
    1. An updated constitution that follows the sample constitution
    2. An affiliation letter (request ASAP letter must be included with submission)
  4. Submit on UIC Connection (READ THIS GUIDE ON HOW TO SUBMIT).
  5. CSI will review and provide feedback

Orgnizations that were registered for 2023-2024 can complete the following process to register:
