Download iCal FileThe Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) at UIC is excited to announce their flagship event, the 10TH ANNUAL NIGHT VISION.
VSA at UIC promotes Vietnamese culture by allowing members to interact and exchange ideas vital to the growth and prosperity of the Vietnamese community. They explore Vietnamese culture through a variety of activities during the year such as cultural dancing, general body meetings, among other events. In addition, VSA provides members with an opportunity to develop their leadership and networking skills.
Night Vision is their annual end-of-year culture show, which helps to spread awareness about Vietnamese culture and all the tales it comes with. This show is hosted in banquet style, giving their audience the chance to dress up and enjoy a selection of Vietnamese food. During the event, a special guest speaker and various groups that range from external organizations to high school clubs come with their amazing performances to show what it means to be a part of the Vietnamese community and beyond .
The chosen theme for this year will be "Night Vision: Night in a Garden" with highlights on the importance of Vietnam’s national flower - lotus - and the illuminating light that radiates through the darkest of nights from the familiar warm-colored lanterns.
