Explaining multiple aspects of Chicago and discussing the inequities that affect our city. Highlighting Chicago's unique history and social climate through the lens of Black Chicagoans. We will advance the conversation of equity. Chicago’s culture would not be sustainable without the contributions of Black Chicagoans and we see that through education, LGBTQ, art and cultural equity.

Michelle Hayes, Owner of Hayes Talent Agency
Janice Jackson, Chief Executive Office of Chicago Public Schools
