Code R.E.D. (Resources, Engagement and Development)

Registered student organizations must have at least one (1) member in attendance. Organizations that do not have a representative present will not be eligible to table at the Involvement Fair or access SAFC and SOFAB funding for the upcoming academic year.

Code R.E.D. is a great opportunity to connect with student leaders from other student organizations and to develop your leadership skills!
Code R.E.D. will provide insight on club/organization management, making it easier for you to lead your organization and navigate UIC’s policies and processes.

At least one member of your organization must be present at the conference in order to receive credit for attending. If a member can’t make the whole conference, it’s okay as long as another member steps in when they leave.
If more than one member of your organization, club, group wants to attend that’s great! We encourage the entire executive board to attend if available. The more the merrier!

Yes! You can represent up to two student organizations during the conference.

Registered Student Organization need to re-register EACH academic year. If your organization was registered for the 2024-25 academic year, you will need to re-register for the upcoming 2026-27 academic year.

We will be serving coffee/tea in the morning and lunch during the conference. Please bring your own water bottle/refreshments.
