Join us in celebrating Latinx Heritage Month at UIC from September 15 to October 15 with this year’s theme, Semillas del Futuro – Seeds of the Future. This theme honors the power of planting roots through youth, education, and leadership in the Latinx community.
Throughout the month, we will uplift stories of resilience and vision, showcase student and community voices, and create spaces that inspire the next generation of changemakers.
From cultural events and keynote speakers to workshops and performances, Latinx Heritage Month at UIC is an invitation to reflect on our collective past while nurturing the seeds that will shape our future. We welcome all students, faculty, staff, and community members to engage, connect, and grow with us.
